Upper Court Care Home located in Esher, Kent, is a listed building rich in history and charm with an array of original features. The building holds a fascinating past, with significant events such as World War documents signed in what is now the family room. The building is surrounded by 13-acres of landscaped gardens, which offer plenty of space for residents to explore and relax.

The interior was designed by Three Nine Designs, where every element has been carefully considered to enrich the lives of residents. The brief was to transform the building into a luxurious 37-bedroom care home residence, seamlessly blending historic charm with contemporary design. With an additional new build with 20 bedrooms for rehabilitation set in the expansive grounds.
