Boss’ DNA, Maysa, Nevez and Saint

Boss Design, a BCFA member, launched four new products at Clerkenwell Design Week in May: DNA, Maysa, Nevez and Saint.

Taking engineered upholstery to a whole new level, these latest additions represents the most accomplished upholstery to date in the Boss Design portfolio.

DNA

As the name suggests, DNA is representative of Boss Design’s heritage and core values. Combining innovation, precision engineering and quality upholstery, it boasts four distinct levels of exceptional comfort making it ideal for use in executive offices or premium airport lounges.

DNA combines cutting edge robotic welding technology with more traditional foam techniques. The seat’s metal frame floats in moulded foam with added springs, offering stability with the highest comfort levels, finished with a quality of sewing and tailoring that is completely unique to this collection.

The stitching detail cleverly echoes the curved contours of the chair whilst creating a striking aesthetic that epitomizes the exceptional quality of this seating collection.

The illusion of a floating sprung back cushion delivers unsurpassed levels of comfort and ergonomics. Combined with two-tone leathers and exquisite upholstery, and paired with Boss Design’s range of occasional tables, DNA embodies luxury, transforming any environment into a luxurious setting for clients and visitors alike.

Courtesy of multiple base, seat, finish and fabric options, every one can create their own DNA. The four-leg oak base option offers added finesse, along with seven painted frame options providing a spectrum of colour possibilities to complement a wide range of interiors.

Maysa

The timeless luxury and craftsmanship for which Lyndon is known for can no better be seen than in Maysa, an elegant soft seating and coffee table collection. Its inviting and elegant form has been designed with all the hallmarks of a classic Lyndon product, elegance, detail and tradition.

Its upholstery eludes a certain softness which has been designed to contrast against the angular slim-line timber frame, whilst still retaining an expected level of engineered ergonomic comfort.

The generously proportioned arms, combined with panels and seams that flow around the body, accentuate the curvature and overall rotundness of the body of Maysa, creating a form that commands attention in any room.

Maysa sits perfectly in high end hotel lounges or bedrooms, luxury lobbies and executive office spaces. A modular collection comprising of sofas, and armchair and coffee table, the collection brings a timeless elegance to the most ordinary of spaces.

Nevez

With every new product, Lyndon’s traditional values and methodology remains the same. Our collections are our pride and joy, our design style is well known, our approach is personal. And with our latest addition to the Lyndon portfolio, the Nevez bench is no different.

Through its sophisticated architectural styling the design of the Nevez bench is quite simple. It is slim, refined, polished. The bench can be seen in environments such as art galleries, lobbies or airport lounges, adding an architectural statement to its surroundings.

Not a single detail has been missed in the design of the bench. An elegant piece of British craftsmanship, Nevez uses traditional frame work and cut foam applications to explore intricate detailing on the timber, underframe and seat pad.

Attention to detail and careful consideration of the design can be seen in the beautiful dowels on the edge of the timber, with the option of black on oak or brass on walnut, bringing a level of finesse that Lyndon is recognised for. It is the simplicity of the design that makes it so beautiful.

Saint
