Brand New Day: Savills Bath Office Reflects New Global Rebrand

Savills, a global real estate services provider, recently engaged Savills Workplace & Design to energise their residential offices to align with their new global rebrand. In accordance with the new brand guidelines, the offices are to be lively, modern, and provide a welcoming environment that distinctly embodies Savills.

The beautiful new Savills Bath office stands as the inaugural office to fully embrace the new design guidelines. Spanning over 2,500 sq. ft., the new office occupies a prominent position on Milsom Street, the city’s historic shopping street.

Set within an elegant Georgian edifice, the new office was crafted to maximise the abundance of natural light from the skylights. It also fosters an inviting and contemporary atmosphere for the team of residential and rural property experts and their clients.

Featuring distinctive architectural window displays that pay homage to Bath’s heritage, the design draws visitors into the space and guides them through the entrance where they encounter unobstructed views, extending all the way to the double-height space at the rear of the office. The resulting sense of openness and transparency reflects the company’s commitment to people, transparency, and collaboration.

Despite the linear layout of the site, the design facilitates connectivity for visitors and teams while affording them the necessary privacy. The streamlined design encompasses an inviting client area, secluded meeting rooms, two quiet spaces, flexible collaboration zones, comfortable communal areas, and WCs.

Alistair Heather, Head of Office at Savills Bath, remarks, “We are thoroughly delighted with the new home we have created and look forward to welcoming friends and clients old and new.”
