Set for 19th June 2024 at the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa, Cardiff OPEN aims to be a notable event, offering a venue for professionals to explore a spectrum of high-quality products and services. This event is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of interior designers, buyers, hoteliers, and specifiers, enabling direct interactions with leading suppliers and revealing the newest trends and innovations in commercial interiors.
Cardiff OPEN Event Schedule:
- The exhibition will span from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm.
- Design Insider Talks will start at 12 noon, providing sessions on AI in design, B-Corp business practices, and the latest industry trends.
- A buffet lunch will be served from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, facilitating casual networking and engagement.
- The event will conclude with a networking drinks reception from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm, offering canapés and opportunities for relaxed discussions.

These talks are an invitation to industry leaders to share their insights, addressing relevant questions and offering practical, valuable knowledge.
A cornerstone of the Cardiff OPEN event is the Design Insider Talks, a thought-provoking program designed to delve into critical industry issues.
The talks will kick off with a keynote address exploring the impact and future implications of AI in design. Following this, a session with Istoria Group’s CEO, Sam Rowe, will explore the nuances of B-Corp leadership, highlighting the intersection of sustainability, creativity, and business excellence. The program will conclude with a panel discussion with speakers Emma Carter, Creative Director at Phoenix Wharf, Alex Carron-Brown, Interior Senior Designer & Associate at AWW, and Angela Gidden, Creative Director at ATTIC 2, will tackle the role furnishings play in successful commercial interiors.
