“We wanted to curate a collection that took inspiration from our past and present but also combine some simple stripes and checks within the range to show how effectively you can layer our designs. With our gingham, classic stripe and more decorative patterns in the mix, we’ve created a classic offering of recognisable wallpapers, archival interpretations and fresh new designs for a beautiful collection inspired by the countryside.”
While Tapestry Tree honours the grand and enveloping canopies of the mighty oak and its thicketed neighbours, Tomato Leaf portrays a delicate sprig pattern background and flowing leaves, a beautiful backdrop to paintings and artwork and wonderfully subtle across all four walls. Sherwood Stripe, broad and smart, brings a contemporary edge to the collection, softened in shades of sandstone and cashew. Aubrey carries a sense of provenance and authenticity in interiors, printed with the adored and familiar block print mark of the surface printed roller.
