Grant Westfield to Debut Exclusive Laura Ashley Collaboration Preview & New Products at HIX 2024

Grant Westfield, the parent company of award-winning wall panel brand, Multipanel, and the nature-inspired panel brand, Naturepanel, will be showcasing its brands and latest launched at this years’ HIX event in London from the 27-28th November.

Building on the success of 2023, Grant Westfield has more than doubled the size of their stand and will have a premium position at the heart of the show.  The stand will showcase both brands’ wall panels and Multipanel’s flooring collection, alongside an exclusive preview of an exciting collaboration with leading interiors retailer, Laura Ashley. This marks the first public unveiling of the latest collection to commercial interior designers and specifiers, showcasing their best- selling Summer Palace design in wall panel format.

There will also be samples of all 12 designs that make up the new collection to view on stand. Throughout the show, Grant Westfield’s expert Specification Team will be available to explain the benefits of wall panels, and how they can be used across a range of hotel and hospitality settings, from bathrooms to receptions, gyms, spas and restaurants.

For the first time at HIX, the company will also be showcasing Naturepanel; the wall panel brand inspired by natural materials and Scandinavian style, is available in three different wood-effect finishes, including Bleached Cuneo Oak, Brown Cuneo Oak and newly launched Warmia Walnut. Boasting an appealing aesthetic with effortless maintenance, it makes Naturepanel is a suitable choice for the hospitality industry. As an alternative to traditional slat walls, Naturepanel wall panels provide a 100% waterproof surface and are 100% recyclable.

Wall panels are often significantly quicker to install than other surface materials, such as acoustic wooden slat walls, meaning less down time during the build phase or renovation works, and are easy to clean, minimising hotelier disruptions. Added for the show is a new finish: Warmia Walnut. Its richness adds depth and drama for a truly eye-catching interior. Naturepanel is EPD accredited, demonstrating the sustainable benefits of the panels and so can be used with Grant Westfield’s new EPD Calculator tool which will be demonstrated at HIX.

The new EPD tool, which has been developed in-house by Grant Westfield, will help individuals calculate the exact amount of CO2 they can save by choosing wall panels over tiles. As sustainability becomes a more pressing issue during the specification process, the new calculator will play an increasingly important role and has been rolled out free of charge to use, as Grant Westfield continues to invest in its sustainability credentials.

The calculator is separated into five sectors and each one has a relevant CO2 reduction equivalent statistic associated with the result. For hotels, users will be given the following:  Using Multipanel or Naturepanel instead of tiles in your next hotel project delivers a CO2 reduction equivalent to the energy used in ___ nights’ room occupancy, with an average reduction of 60% on carbon emissions per room compared to specifying tiles.

Also being showcased on the stand is the company’s new visualiser tool which will allow hotel specifiers and owners to view Grant Westfield products in a variety of rooms, including the space they wish to transform and customise accordingly. A comparison feature will allow users to compare two different products side by side on a wall, with a slider to switch seamlessly between the two, providing more flexibility when creating their dream hotel or hospitality designs.

Grant Westfield will be inviting attendees to join them for a post-show event on the Wednesday evening, from 5-7pm at the Grant Westfield stand where cocktails and canapes will be provided.

For this and more visit the Grant Westfield stand (stand 2) at HIX this November. Visitors attending the stand will be able to pick up a copy of the new specification brochure.
