Lucy Penson, Leading PENSON’s London Studio as Managing Director

PENSON, a global interior and architecture studio, is delighted to announce the promotion of Lucy Penson to the position of Managing Director.

With sixteen years of experience at the studio, including previous roles as Projects Director and a significant presence in the studio’s commercial leadership, this promotion marks a natural progression for Lucy and PENSON, who has worked across some of the biggest global names during her time at the studio, including The Hut Group, Google, YouTube, Sony PlayStation, Accor Group and Jay Z’s record label Roc Nation to name but a few.

Working closely with PENSON founder and Group CEO, Lee Penson, Lucy has played a pivotal role in the growth of the London studio. Her implementation of innovative practices and unwavering focus on cultivating strong client relationships have been key drivers of this success. In her new role as Managing Director, Lucy will assume overall responsibility for the company’s commercial operations.
