LYNDON DESIGN – Frank Collection
LYNDON DESIGN LAUNCHES CONTEMPORARY ‘FRANK’ SEATING COLLECTION BY MARK GABBERTAS
Lyndon Design has collaborated once again with award-winning furniture designer, Mark Gabbertas, to create a striking new contemporary seating collection named ‘Frank’. Featuring an armchair and two-seater sofa, Frank expresses a combination of structured and semi-structured upholstery appropriate for a wide variety of interiors in both hospitality and corporate spaces.
The exciting Frank design consists of an external timber frame with inset side and back panels to inject comfort and style to any commercial environment. Providing both emphasis and definition along with comfortable and generous sized upholstered panels, the frame is available in natural oak, walnut or a stained finish to deliver the ideal compliment to both modern and traditional interiors.
Commenting on his latest collaboration, Mark Gabbertas said: “Frank is a further addition to the Lyndon portfolio from the Gabbertas Studio. The intent of this collection as with all our work is to create a character through simplicity………it is all too easy to shock, but much more difficult to please.”
He adds: “Frank has reference to mid-century wooden frame typologies, but it also makes a deliberate contemporary statement via its angular and geometric proportions and frame detailing.”
Lyndon Design’s Managing Director, Tim Armitt comments: “We are pleased to announce the launch of Frank, a collection that combines functionality with aesthetics, whilst exuding elegance and style. Frank perfectly illustrates our ability to deliver a proposition that meets the needs of both contract and hospitality sectors.”
With over 30 years of design and manufacturing expertise, Lyndon Design is renowned for its classic and simplistic designs, high-end quality furniture and craftsmanship. The launch of Frank is testimony to the company’s unrivalled expertise that has enabled the brand to distinguish itself as one of the UK’s leading commercial seating manufacturers.
