Modern Living by Franklite
Franklite played a spectacular role in the recent project with Sharp Homes on the development of two executive homes in Dorridge, Solihull. These luxury 5-bedroom homes feature traditional and modern design throughout. They incorporate all of the needs of modern living, including internal architectural features such as vaulted ceilings and floating staircases.

Other key aspects within these homes include a cinema/games room, dressing rooms, study, utility and cloakrooms offering plenty of spaces designed for exquisite lighting. Suspended from the vaulted hallway and the ceiling at the top of the staircase are the Taper pendants showcasing smoked angle cut glass on impressive 22 light matt black fittings.
Centred over the kitchen table is the Charter pendant in a satin nickel finish with a heavy clear ribbed glass. Let’s not forget the lighting feature over the kitchen island in the form of the 3 Vista pendants manufactured from industrial style metal in a satin nickel finish with a frosted glass base to diffuse the light.
Creating symmetry in the lounge, the Perdita fixture anchors the space beautifully with its matt black fitting and rectangular crystal drops giving this room an exquisite focal point. The impressive oval pendants in matt opal on satin nickel suspensions provide sufficient light in a smaller space such as a bedroom while still making a statement.
