NEWH UK Art Event: A Celebration of Creativity and Fundraising for Future Design Talent
The NEWH UK Art Event kicks off their amazing autumn calendar of fundraising and networking events. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with industry peers, buy original artwork and generate scholarship funds for the next generation in the process.
Hosted by Parkside Architectural Tiles in their Clerkenwell showroom on 24th September, we will get to celebrate the artistic talents of our industry and the chance to enjoy the artworks for years to come.
Chrissie Granger, NEWH UK events and programming director and associate, Indigo Art, said:
“We are so grateful to our talented industry friends who have donated artwork for another year running.
Thanks to their generosity we will have another fantastic art event to put on at Parkside Tiles Showroom, and another competitive online auction. This year the online auction will close on Sunday 29th September. As before, there is no theme, and the artists are creating a little something of whatever brings them joy. Join us to take part and contribute valuable funds to the next scholarship recipients.”

“We are delighted to be hosting the NEWH Art Auction Event at our Clerkenwell Design Studio and have long understood that the next generation of Architects and Designers are the lifeblood of this marvellous industry. We really look forward to welcoming you all along so we can raise as much support for the scholarship funds as possible at this fantastic Art Event”

NOTE: ALL BUDDING ARTISTS ARE WELCOME TO SUBMIT ART FOR THE AUCTION
NEWH UK kindly ask that any artworks submitted are small, ideally A4 or less, as this makes displaying and posting any pieces more manageable. Traditional postcard size is A6 if you would like a guide to work to. Entries can be any media- card, canvas, paper, and we have also had in the past fabric, floral arrangements, glass, and ceramic entries! There are also no restrictions on subject matter.
If easier, entries can also be submitted digitally, and Indigo Art will organise printing on Photo Paper or Watercolour paper as appropriate.
Entries are ideally to be submitted by 13th September latest.
Physical entries can be posted to:
Christine Granger, Indigo Art, Unit 1 Skiddaw Road, Bromborough, CH62 3RB
And digital entries can be sent to: christine@indigoart.co.uk
