Protocol works with Holiday Inn
Protocol are pleased to have worked alongside designers Mathews Mee on the refurbishment for the Holiday Inn Wembley.
Holiday Inn is part of the IHG group who have revolutionised their hotel lobby concept to create a casual space that meets every traveller’s needs.
Contrary to traditional hotel lobbies that served primarily as a location for arrivals and departures, the new open lobby area is designed to offer guests the flexibility to work, eat, meet and relax. This new concept encourages guests to extend their time and spend within the hotel by offering a valuable space.
Protocol supplied a range of comfortable seating options including side chairs and armchairs from the popular Tecla, Glossy and Annette collections. A combination of fabrics in vibrant blue, green, yellow and grey tones were chosen for the upholstery, creating a warm and welcoming impression.
Following the contemporary design, Protocol also supplied a bespoke poseur table with castors along with Stylus tables for the all-day dining area. Catering for guests who are on the go and have busy work schedules, the furniture is both comfortable and durable, able to withstand environments with heavy use.
The interior and modernised furniture has transformed the open lobby area in the Holiday Inn, offering a space for work and play in the heart of Wembley.
Do you find Protocol’s work inspiring? Why not look at other projects that they have done, such as their collaboration with DesignLSM for the Felix Warley. Protocol has developed a varied selection of quality furniture ranges suitable for all areas including reception, bar & dining, bedroom, conference, coffee shop and terraces.
