In celebration of this milestone, and as proud sponsors of this year’s Commercial Interiors UK (CIUK) Summer Party, we spoke with Andrew Downes, Director and Head of Sales about their achievements, philosophy, and what’s next for this legacy brand.
With nearly four decades of experience, PS Interiors has built a strong reputation for high-quality European-made furniture. What are some of the key achievements that have shaped your business over the last 40 years?
The team’s continued passion and vision for the future of the business has allowed for expansion across multiple continents and sectors. Having a keen eye for quality and truly understanding what clients require to fulfil the potential of their projects has been key in our achievements. Combining these elements with exceptional service has led to a portfolio of esteemed projects, including long term collaborations with some of the leading hotel groups, designers, specifiers and architects across the globe.
Your attention to detail, from consultation to installation, sets you apart. How has your commitment to personal service influenced long-term relationships with designers, developers, and architects?
The dedication and commitment to our clients is a driving force shared throughout the company. This is demonstrated through our communication and the pursuit of excellence. Our bespoke service creates another level of personal service for our clients.
You offer solutions across commercial, residential, and marine sectors globally. How has your ability to cater to diverse environments helped expand the scope and creativity of your project portfolio?
We are adept at supplying projects across the sectors. It allows our clients to have a continued relationship with us, no matter what sector and the location of their next project. Our flexibility is a key value of the company and part of achieving this value is having 3000 plus products on our website and counting! We have the ability to source additional standard items and ultimately combine them with our bespoke service.
This 40-year milestone is a great opportunity to reflect and celebrate. How are you commemorating this achievement with your team and wider network?
We have a new logo to acknowledge our milestone, which you will see across our website, exhibition stands and so forth. Additionally, we have released a substantial new hard back brochure earlier this year to commemorate 40 years of business. Projects that PS Interiors have supplied furniture to are showcased throughout the brochure.
Throughout the year we will be celebrating in several ways with the wider network. We have just exhibited at CSI Miami. PS Interiors are also sponsoring the CIUK Summer Party at The Gherkin and there will be celebrations when we exhibit at HIX London in November.

Being a member of CIUK has played a significant part in our journey. Being part of such a cohesive community has provided support for growth, a base for successful networking and an environment for genuine friendships with forward thinking people.
