Trendboard 2016- Abstract III
The first Trendboard this week features a variety of collections from BCFA members, consisting of a range of exciting and creative textures and designs.
ANTHOLOGY
The Anthology studio has produced 04, a collection of wallcoverings inspired by the concept of construction and deconstruction of woven fabrics.
According to designer Louise Draper: “Anthology 04 examines in microscopic detail elements of paper, threads and pleats, producing a cohesive range of wallcoverings that will grace the most
design-conscious hotels and style-aware homes around the world.”
The collection enjoys a stunning palette of tones, judiciously accented with sparkle, beading, metallic and mica: old gold, pebble and ash; linen, jute and stone: bronze, steel and zinc; old rose, almond and bitter chocolate; graphite, jet and amethyst.
JOHNSON TILES
Johnson tiles ‘Brics’ range exposes brickwork element- one of the most technologically advanced yet in terms of realistic texture details.
“Brics recreates the look of exposed brickwork perfectly by offering variety of detail in each individual tile, resulting in an authentic overall finish”.

LOOMAH

Loomah’s VISTA COLLECTION is influenced by urban and rural landscapes with inspiration taken from the colours and patterns created by our surroundings.
ULSTER CARPETS
Ulster Carpets are delighted to have been involved in the recent refurbishment of Hilton Rotherhithe since its re brand by Double Tree Hilton. Working closely with ICA London, Ulster have produced a complementary array of bespoke designs for the public areas, corridors and guestrooms.
As London’s last dry dock and located close to the historical ‘Port of London’ Rotherhithe’s design was clearly inspired by London’s trade routes with a strong focus on a navigational theme. Using Ulster’s innovative PSYLO™ technology our London based designers were able to create delicate layers of colour, texture and pattern to achieve this.
PANAZ
Magma is a spectacular design that features in the new Atmosphere collection from Panaz. Based on the natural structure of marble and available in 8 distinctive colourways, this large scale design has a stunning, full width side repeat.
Magma is flame retardant, washable and very durable making it suitable for many applications such as upholstery, bedthrows and curtains.
