Well-known buildings and offices in London already showcased include The Shard, Gail’s HQ in Camden Lock and the Sweet Factory in Marylebone – That latter home to Jamie Laing’s Candy Kittens and JamPot Productions. Jamie, an enthusiastic advocate for the evolution of the office said:
“We created the Sweet Factory to be a place where people are excited to come to work as it feels like a fun co-working home space. Things are changing now, and more people want to come to the office provided that they can enjoy independence within the space and be creative and collaborative with their co-workers.”

To support their office design content and video production, WRKPLC are also launching a consultative workplace strategy service to connect people to their hand-picked network of designers, architects and professionals to help forward thinking business owners better understand office design and how to get it.
Sean Espinasse, leading industry workplace expert has joined WRKPLC as Co-founder and Strategy Director to head up this service. He’s worked with numerous high-profile businesses, brands, retailers and organisations globally including Gymshark and Chrono24 and has left his longstanding role as Creative Director at office design company Oktra to join WRKPLC. He said:
“WRKPLC addresses a niche in the market that’s calling for a completely new approach to workplace design and strategy.”
The videos are presented by WRKPLC Co-Founder and Creative Director, Tom Hitch, who’s built a strong social following on LinkedIn by sharing creative office designs and posting his own findings from visits to hundreds of office interiors. This has helped him develop a keen eye for what makes the cut as exceptional, and more importantly, what doesn’t.
“The office has never been deemed to be cool, but modern workplace design is pushing offices into the realm of luxury residential.”
Throughout 2025 there’s an exciting lineup of innovative locations across the UK due to be featured, including iconic London landmarks such as 20 Fenchurch Street or as it’s better known, the Walkie Talkie. Their collaborations with leading corporates, B Corps, national brands, and major European companies are poised to redefine the way we look at our office spaces.
